Kiran Venkatesh is CEO and Co-founder of FrontM. As CEO, Kiran leverages his thought leadership in digital transformation to lead FrontM in defining the new frontier of AI apps. Prior to founding FrontM, Kiran developed over a decade of experience as a business architect and consultant for Telecom and Satellite communication companies. He has established himself a trusted and dependable leader and team player. Outside of experimenting with data, and business models, Kiran is passionate about Indian classical music, motorbiking in European Alps and vegetarian food.

Co-founder and CTO of FrontM, Guillermo Acilu is an experienced software developer and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of relevant experience. He is a creative software designer and visionary. Before co-founding FrontM in 2016, Guillermo worked as a technology consultant within the Satellite Telecommunications industry. With roots in Argentina and a vast international professional network, Guillermo draws his inspiration from around the world, loves travelling and solving the world’s craziest lego puzzles with his daughter.

Anne-Marie comes with 25 years of experience in the satellite telecommunications industry. She has extensive knowledge in channel management and performance, business development, a proven track record of strong delivery against financial targets and is an inspirational team leader. In addition to a fulfilling and challenging career, the most important things in her life are spending time with family and friends and walking with her dog, Phoebe, in the countryside.

Pradeep is a global leader having led large and distributed teams through organizational transformations. Over the last 17 years he has held various global roles across strategy, delivery and engineering.
Pradeep has a strong foundation in data engineering with specialization in data transformation. He has implemented data governance and transformation strategies to align teams of 300+, delivering incremental value of $10M per year to the business. He has managed global programs in excess of $10M driving key digital transformations across the business. He has led global teams and talents across business analysis, client management, architecture and engineering competencies.

Chris is an IT professional with 20+ years of re-engineering business processes to accommodate and expedite commercial and environmental challenges. He has successfully driven projects sized from 100K to 10M from business requirements through to post-production implementations with multiple stakeholders. He comes with a proven experience in the full development life cycle with complex integration requirements using both waterfall and agile frameworks. Chris likes to travel and explore new things around the world with family and friends.

Rashmi Kamath is a seasoned Software Professional with 18+ years of global industry experience. She has played the role of IT technology and architect lead, and software design engineer over the years taking technical responsibility and accountability for projects sized $10M+ in budget. Rashmi joined FrontM as the first full-time engineer and developed the initial product strategy together working alongside Guillermo and Kiran. By mid-2018, she transitioned to take on the role of VP of Architecture and Lead Developer. She led the team to successfully establishing a scalable, server-less cloud architecture and the Edge Artificial Intelligence design.

Nick is an ex-rear admiral and maritime Blue Economy Sustainability thought leader. He comes with considerable diverse management experience in a demanding, dynamic, high technology arena that underpins his reputation as a versatile, pragmatic leader with a broad spectrum of transferable skills. A leader (often in demanding operational environments), strategic thinker, and implementer, Nick’s successes highlight an ability to motivate people, solve problems and implement change.

Srikanth is a superstar tech sector entrepreneur and currently is CEO of upGrad, recently nominated number 2 in LinkedIn's top 25 Indian start-ups! He was previously CEO of Conduent Global and a board member for QA. His strong business development skills have seen him leading some hugely successful organisations such as Infosys and Capgemini.

Jeffery is an investment Director currently working at Jenson Funding Partners helping early stage technology start-ups to deliver growth through business strategy and board advisory support. He is proficient in all aspects of the investment management process including deal sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, deal structuring, contract and legal, completion and portfolio management.

Ronald comes with more than 30 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications industry and a generous 20 years in mobile satellite communications. Until recently, Ronald was President of the Maritime Business Unit at Inmarsat, a world leader in global, mobile satellite communications. In 2020, he was ranked 22 in the Lloyd’s List Top 100 most influential people in shipping for his role in driving digitalisation at sea.

Over the past 40 years, Nigel has grown from commencing his career as a navigating cadet officer with Cunard to holding group CEO positions within the global ship owning, ship management and maritime training sectors, including the challenge of building a ship management business up from zero into a truly diverse fleet of 135 full technically-managed vessels. In addition to being actively involved in a number of start-ups, Nigel is an ongoing senior advisor to the maritime, fuel treatment technology, private equity, energy, eLearning and satcom sectors, also having a global network of industry contacts.

Mark has a background in Maritime and Port logistics, serving amongst others the Manufacturing, Chemicals, Bio-Fuels and Energy (Oil and Gas) markets. Mark's strong commercial and business development skills centre around creating partnerships that drive mutual growth. He has been involved in negotiating complex deals in an international environment throughout his career. With previous senior leadership roles held in MOL and Vopak, Mark's implementation of innovative business strategies has led to a shift in focus. He is now dedicated to working closely with start-up and scale-up companies, helping them to accelerate change through innovative solutions. Mark currently advises a portfolio of logistics and maritime digital companies.
