FrontM announces the launch of its Customer Success function with the appointment of Captain Vishal Patangay.
Capt. Vishal, a veteran Seafarer since 1995 and Master Mariner with over a decade of command, has navigated his way safely through numerous storms at sea and at work! He has been sailing with Anglo Eastern Ship Management’s Capesize fleet, on their Newcastlemax vessels, and achieved a QHSE award (Quality, Health Safety and Environment) in his very first contract with them.
By bringing such rich experience to FrontM’s app-marketplace roadmap and ongoing roll-out of apps, FrontM expects to further strengthen its customer-centric design and help partners achieve a healthy ROI in their digitalisation roadmaps.
With deep empathy for fellow seafarers, he is enthusiastic to contribute to a positive change in their lives at sea, which is an unforgiving environment. Captain Vishal notes that “Connectivity is taken for granted on land, but it is still a luxury for seafarers. I have been looking forward to being able to make a difference for seafarers and I hope to do just that with FrontM’s tech from both an operational perspective as well as the especially important crew welfare aspect.”
