Sales Development Representative

FrontM is a London technology startup, with teams based in the UK, India and the US, that provides an AI application platform for customer experience, productivity, and new revenue opportunities in internet-constrained environments – think aeroplanes, ships, remote enterprises. With a B2B SaaS model, we are engaged with airlines, cruises, shipping companies, service providers, and satellite operators.

Successful candidates will work with the product owners, CPO, CTO and the sales team.

The problem you will be working on:

  • Acting as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams
  • Seeking out new business opportunities by contacting and nurturing relationships with potential partners and customers
  • Boosting sales efforts and contributing to our strategic business growth plans


Your key responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities across the Shipping, Energy and SatComs markets
  • Coordinate outbound campaigns and sales efforts with colleagues and partners
  • Analyze the market/territory potential, track sales KPI’s, and status reports
  • Perform needs and cost-­benefit analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Present and promote our products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, nurture and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve pre-agreed monthly sales targets and outcomes
  • Supply management with reports on customer problems, needs, competitive activities, interests, and collate information on the potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Who you are:

  • You have 2+ years of experience working remotely across time zones and a multicultural environment
  • You have a proven 2+ years of work experience as a B2B SaaS or Hardware Sales Development Representative
  • You have a proven track record of successful outbound campaigns
  • Experienced in crafting and implementing outbound B2B global campaigns
  • Fluent in English verbal and written language skills
  • Experience in hosting online presentations, demo’s and meetings
  • Proficient with office productivity and online presentation tools
  • Highly target-driven and motivated with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Familiarity of working with Hootsuite of similar
  • Relationship management skills and an ability to work on own initiative
  • Passionate about technology and all things digital
